Job description:

• Control the promotion and trade discounts program, checking the deductible taxation (contracts, explanation for the sales team, reporting)
• Creating import and export bills of goods on ERP system (Fast)
• Store import and export bills of finished products, promotion goods.
• Monitor, and record returned products, promotion goods, and check inventory at the end of the month.
• Control the dossier of the disposal product.
• Checking finished product inventory at the end of the month on CPS and Fast.
• Double-check input-output VAT invoices at the end of each month.
• Preparing documents for internal and external audits.
• Other ad-hoc assigned by direct supervisor.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in the related field.
• Good knowledge and experience of tax/accounting regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables are a must)
• Experienced in managing sales costs and promotional programs
• Good at interpersonal & communication skills
• Good English skills
