Job description:

– Supervise and monitor the activities of revenue reporting/budgeting/forecasting by Channel, Clients, – SKUs, product,…
– Compare accounting revenue and Management revenue, figure out the variance, and find the reason behind
– Work closely with the Sales department to build Client/channel revenue budgets of the company in consideration of the Company’s strategies and annual target
– Review sales contract, and ensure commercial terms and main legal aspects are properly reviewed/approved according to existing workflows
– Consulting Transactional Finance team in billing & collection process/ job management process for specific Clients, in order to support the Company to achieve its annual Trade Working Capital KPIs;
– Support and advise the sales and accounting departments on how to implement and register for promotions
– Review related calculation results: monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives for FF, promotions for customers
– Support CFO in the price setting.
– Control and report CAPEX based on approved budgets including new projects effectiveness
– Formulation of Ad-Hoc analyses

Job requirement:

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Foreign Trade, or equivalent
– At least 1 years of practical experience in Finance, Foreign Trade
– Ability to analyze and solve problems
– Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
– Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines
– Ability to work in a self-directed manner
– Fluent in English
– Proficient analytical skills especially by Excel, and Power BI
– Organized and structured way of working
– Team player and flexible personality
