Job description

• Follow up with performance management process (MBO, competences assessment) to line managers and staff in respective function to ensure timeline for goal setting, mid-year and year-end review
• Provided day-to-day performance management (MBO, competences assessment) guidance to line Managers & peers (coaching, counseling, career development);
• Update bonus policy align with business directions and HR strategy
• Calculate and timely settle MBO bonus to employee
• Develop and implement career road map framework for function linking to defined competencies in each job level
• Reporting and Analysis on Performance Reviews
• Work with line manager to prepare business reason, promotion assessment and suggested package to flow to C&B team (adjusted salary, promotion)
• Partnered with HR team to analyze and develop HR strategic plans, solutions, policies and training plan to suit with each employee’s and group’s skill set;
• Followed up training programs required for employee and groups to ensure they happen at right time and manner;
• Oversee the delivery of metrics and scorecards related to tasks and areas of responsibilities
• Other tasks assigned by direct Supervisor

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant
• 3-5 years’ experience in related field is preferable
• Knowledge of performance management system (KPI,MBO..)
• Understand and be able to create HR metrics (performance, training, attrition…. metrics)
• Proficient in English
