IT Support Specialist

Job description:

– Troubleshooting technological issues and solves the problem quickly to ensure the business operations run smoothly.
– Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new computers and other computer hardware
– Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
– Manage all the IT assets, and compliance with the IT policies.
– Ensure data security, network access, web site and backup systems.
– Do other ad-hoc assignments from direct supervisor
– Cooperation with IT Department of companies headquarter

Job requirement:

– Engineer or Bachelor in Information Technology, Electronic and Telecommunications , Management Information System field
– At least 2 years’ experience as IT Support in FMCG, F&B or Pharmaceutical
– Support end user at using Warehouse Management System, Procurement Management System or e-Library with Microsoft Office solution.
– Ability to analyze and solve problems
– Ability to work under high pressure and intensive deadlines
– Ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
– Good knowledges in using Microsoft Office 365 solution as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
– Having the certificate in ITILv4 Foundation is 1 advantage
– MCSA 2016, CCNA 2021, VMWare 6.7 or Azure 104 certificates, other equivalent certificates
– Ability to support the implementation of business infrastructure solutions as: firewall, networking, server and backup
– Ability to use Helpdesk tickets as Zendesk, Jira and read the system logs for solving the problems
– Good communication of English skills
