Production Team Leader
Job description
- Plan & deploy the production plan to all the production line
- Arrange staffs for production line sufficiently accordance with the production plan
- Monitor & supervise the production activities in shift to ensure the output & quality of product reached the production plan
- Coordinate with Engineering & maintenance to repair or preventive failure of machine, equipment
- Ensure that operator performs all step to check quality of product, comply fulfill all the batch record, comply with SOPs according GMP guidelines
- Report the production in shift correctly and timely
- Evaluate MBO for subordinate every quarterly. Propose reward and discipline subordinate as regulation
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- At least 2 years experiences as team leader in manufacturing industry (preferred pharmaceutical or food)
- Have experience in Lean 6Sigma, TPM
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork skills as well as work independently
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Understand the systematic process of GMP-WHO is preferred
