Sales Admin Staff

Job description:

• Responsible for driving administration tasks for Sales and Marketing department
• Participates in the development of the events’ logistics for Customers’ event (CE).
• Prepare and monitor all contracts, agreements related sales and marketing activities
• Supports works for developing and implementing special promotional events and trade programming/gimmicks to customer/pharmacy
• Prepare all documents, payments …for Sales team
• Back-up office admin staff just in case
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior


• Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in administration tasks.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner.
• MS Office: Strong Microsoft Excel.
• Be careful, honest.
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the company.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
