Sales Representative – TELESALES

Job description:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to introduce products or services using scripts of each channel
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Coordinate with field sales team to provide good customer service and support when needed
  • Update customer information in the database, keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner and meeting sales target
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
  • Report on the sales performance of each market, customers to SFE

Job requirement:

  • Graduated at least from intermediate of Pharmacy
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the same position or related field
  • Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems, zalo OA
  • Sale & Marketing skills
  • Basic English communication
