– Peptic ulcer disease
– NSAID-associated gastric ulcer
– Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
– Severe oesophagitis
– Helicobacter pylori eradication [in combination with other drugs
– Zollinger–Ellison syndrome
