Trade Marketing Associate
Job description
- Analyze market information, sales data, and propose appropriate programs (loyalty programs, monthly promotions, special period promotions, etc.) for each customer, region, and time
- Develop push initiatives (display, promotions, bonus programs) to increase product presence in retail channels.
- Analysis market intelligence and company products, provide feedback to other divisions across the company regarding promotional activities and trends
- Coordinate with the Marketing team, analyze customers, key product groups, and propose suggestions
- Track and monitor business performance in the key products and joint marketing fund plans
- Create a detailed annual plan for the promotion program
- Tracking, register, and report promotional programs to the Department of Industry and Trade in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure that resources are planned and deployed optimally in order to fulfill sales plans
- Coordinate with the Admin team and Data Operation team to calculate the results of the promotion program and monitor the reward payments of the program.
- Coordinate with Admin team, Marketing team, Data team to organize customer conference programs.
- Other administrative tasks as requirement from Line Manager.
Job requirement
- Graduated from university of business administration/ Pharmacist
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same position and related field
- Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Knowledge, experience about trading activities
- Analytical and reporting skills
- MS Office 365: Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
- Good command of English
