Continuing our journey towards Happiness at Work, by mid–2025 Davipharm has many activities to recreate the workplace.

Through feedback sessions across all departments at our factory and offices, our managers listened and answered every question – from improving working conditions and benefits to strengthening communication and solving day-to-day challenges.

Some milestones so far:
📌 81% employee satisfied (higher than average rate of pharmaceutical industry – 73% and all local market – 72%) in 2024, with continuous improvements in 2025
📌 Renovated factory building & HCMC office, new canteen, medical care room
📌 Strong investment in people development: internal & external training, new learning platform, English classes, Poland trip for future leaders
📌 Coming this August: Football tournament and Adamed Values Day with bonding activities for all employees
