Job description

• Have 3 to 4 years of experience in the legal field, including time working for law firms and providing in-house legal advice to businesses.
• Consulting and drafting domestic and international commercial contracts.
• Consulting and revising internal processes.
• Internal problem solving.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical/product industry is an advantage.

Job requirement

• Bachelor of Laws, preference given to candidates who have completed lawyer training.
• Language, computer: Good.
• English: Good skills in drafting documents and contracts in English, fairly good communication skills.
• MS Office: Strong Microsoft Word, basis Excel & Power Point.
• Strong skills in researching and synthesizing legal regulations, and the ability to effectively use AI tools for legal research.
• Good at communication & negotiation skill.
