
Product Manager
Job description
- Develop short and long-term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the assigned product/group of products in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth and desired market positioning.
- Define and drive assigned products/TAs vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals and healthcare regulations.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities within healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory affair and legal department to inform roadmaps and ensure compliance.
- Corporate with digital team to generate market demand of assigned products/TAs to craft campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Track performance metrics, market feedback, and adjust strategy to improve outcomes of assigned products/TAs.
- Product Launch and Adoption: Lead product launches, ensuring effective communication, training, and support materials to drive successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job requirement
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Medical Doctor.
- At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including 2 years in product management role.
- Basic medical knowledge in various therapeutic areas.
- Good skills in communication, presentation, training.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing/ healthcare.
- Excellent strategic thinking,budget management, coaching.
- MS Office365: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good command in English.
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the company.
- Strong understanding of KOLs, compliance considerations.
