On 10 March, we officially kicked off the Future Leader Program 2026 with an inspiring first workshop led by our General Director on “Davipharm Strategy & Strategic Thinking.”

Throughout the year, participants will engage in a series of development initiatives from 360° feedback and leadership training to hands-on learning experiences designed to build strong, future-ready capabilities.
