On June 10th 2026, Davipharm held the 2nd webinar in our series exploring the company values as a best place to work, with the topic “Not a boss, a mentor”.

More than 260 employees joined the session, along with sharing from our Operational Director – Mr. Wojciech Makowski, Mr. Le Viet Hung – Packaging & Lean Manager, and Ms. Nguyen Thuy Quyen – R&D Manager (PCLM) representing employee voices.

The guest speakers shared their experiences from daily work, reflecting the perspective of middle managers who have both been mentored by others and served as mentors to their own teams.

Mr. Hung and Ms. Quyen shared a common view that being a mentor is built on trust, encouraging employees think independently, while refining solutions together to support both individual growth and sustainable organizational success.

Mr. Wojciech reaffirmed that “a mentor develops people’s strengths and future leaders by listening, guiding, and leading by example rather than controlling others.”
