• Troubleshooting technological issues and solves the problem quickly to ensure the business operations run smoothly.
• Manage all recording logs in system to reduce the risk or interrupt the operations and data-transactions.
• Ensure data security, network stable and redundancy system.
• Cooperation with Global IT.

Job requirement

• Engineer or bachelor’s in information technology, Electronic and Telecommunications, Management Information System field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as IT Infrastructure in FMCG, F&B or Pharmaceutical.
• Experience with configuration the internal network of virtualization system: VMWARE, CITRIX and HYPER-V
• Support to manage the Server, HPLC, PLC.
• Having the certificate in CCNA is an advantage.
• Ability to support the implementing of business infrastructure solutions such as: firewall, networking, server and redundancy.
• Ability to Zabbix and read the system logs for solving the problems
• Good communication of English skills.
