In August and September 2026, Davipharm organized two Project Management training sessions, bringing together 30+ employees from R&D, QA-QC, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Procurement, Finance, Data Integrity, and Technology Transfer.

Through hands-on workshops led by Ms. Le Thi Huong Que – our Project Manager, participants explored modern project management approaches, Davipharm’s project process, and practical tools for managing cross-functional projects, risks, changes, and stakeholders.

Real Davipharm case studies and group exercises helped turn knowledge into skills that can be applied directly at work.
