Job description

• Collect information, assess issues, offer recommendations, and provide the desired outcomes
• Apply Lean management into production (Manufacturing & Packaging) for continuously improvement for OEE, productivity and capacity of the factory
• Responsible for implementing the Lean manufacturing system, developing procedures/processes, enforcing and monitoring projects.
• Responsible for leading, reviewing, supervising, and coaching Kaizen projects in the manufacturing and support areas.
• Responsibility & manager the Capex/Opex for Packaging department.
• Responsibility for new project in Packaging department
• Responsibility manager CPS in Packaging. Involve CPS project of company
• Responsibility summary monthly report for Operational
• Develop and implement Lean Daily management ( Standard Works, Visual communication, Gemba, PDCA, A3, 5S, and Kaizen), as well as behavioral adjustments (behaviors, attitude, and culture).

Job requirement

• Graduated from University
• Basic GMP trained
• Working in production area or Factory from 1 – 2 years
• Having experience in project management, process control
• Having experience in Data Analysis, Lean & Kaizen
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork skills as well as work independently
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Understand the systematic process of GMP-WHO, GMP-EU in the pharmaceutical industry
• Communication skill
• Teamwork

• Motivation people
• Very good at MS Office 365: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good command of English skills
• Candidates living in Binh Duong are preferred
