IT Support Senior Specialist

Job description:

  • Troubleshooting technological issues and solves the problem quickly to ensure the business operations run smoothly.
  • Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new computers and other computer hardware.
  • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
  • Manage all the IT assets, and compliance with the IT policies.
  • Ensure data security, network access, web site and backup systems.
  • Do other ad-hoc assignments from direct supervisor.
  • Cooperation with IT Department of companies headquarter.

Job requirement:

  • Engineer or Bachelor in Information Technology, Electronic and Telecommunications , Management Information System field.
  • Troubleshooting the business solutions as Microsoft 365, Active Directory , Microsoft Azure , Warehouse Management …
  • Administrator the file server system, backup system and firewall system.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and intensive deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
  • Good knowledges in using Microsoft 365 solution as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Having the certificate in ITILv4 Foundation is 1 advantage.
  • MCSA 2019, VMWare 7.0 or Azure 104 certificates, other equivalent certificates
  • Ability to support the implementing business infrastructure solutions as: firewall, networking, server and backup.
  • Ability to use Helpdesk ticket as Zendesk, Jira and read the system logs for solving the problems
  • Good communication of English skills.
