Job description

• Checking related calculation results (based on the approved Scheme): monthly, quarterly and yearly incentive for FF, as well as promotion programs for customers. Evaluate the effectiveness and results of sales and promotional programs.
• Monitor and control the implementation of programs according to the agreed plans & cross-department processes (Display, IST…) and verify that results match the final reports approved by the Board of Directors.
• Monitor the updating of Sales activities and programs to the Master shared file between Sales and Finance (approved schemes, promotion registration forms with the Department of Industry and Trade, signed program approvals, accounting forms, and GOTIT receipt documents).
• Monitor and ensure all Sales programs and activities stay within the approved budget.
• Ensure Finance and Sales partners follow the established processes for submission, review, and execution.
• Review sales contract, and ensure commercial terms and main legal aspects are properly reviewed/approved according to existing workflows

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Power BI)
