• Role: To assist Formulators in developing new formula/ composition and process for manufacturing tablet/ capsule
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical dosage forms like tablets & capsules
• Basic understanding of GMP documentation
• Ability to work in the formulation lab for carrying out experiments (requires long-standing hours)
• Eagerness to learn new concepts and strategies of formula development
• Basic knowledge of raw materials and their functions for trial execution
