Job description

• Monitor sales planning.
• Update, modify and verify sales plan in CPS according to customers’ orders.
• Work closely & review sales planning and supply chain to follow-up the delivery plans.
• Contact to exclusive customers in local and foreigner market to arrange delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouse, schedule for delivery, load goods on time.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and do other ad-hoc assignments from direct supervisor (including local, import, export).
• Coordinate with other team in S&M department to plan forecast, handle all step include ordering, importing, custom clearance, complaint with manufacturer supplier of finished goods.
• Responsible for preparing and signing license out agreement including CDA, LSA agreement.
• Contact to logistic company to complete all delivery process (import & export) to foreigner market.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree business administration/ economic/ foreign trade or equivalent.
• At least 1 years’ experience in related field.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to operate, arrange highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines.
• Good skills in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the company.
• Careful, meticulous, honest, with a high level of accuracy.
