Recently, at Davipharm’s factory office in Bình Dương, we held an insightful session to evaluate the final ideas of the 8th Kaizen Program 2024.

This year, the program welcomed 21 outstanding improvement projects, focusing on key areas such as enhancing the working environment, boosting productivity and quality, reducing energy consumption, minimizing environmental emissions, and improving workplace safety.

These outstanding achievers will be honoured at the upcoming year-end party.

Since 2020, our Kaizen program received 60 improvement ideas, saving over 4 billion VND in the factory’s budget. This has progressively boosted product quality while minimising the risk of accidents.
