
Davipharm Mid Year Town Hall Powered by People and Purpose
On June 9th 2025, Davipharm hosted its Town Hall in Binh Duong, with all employees joining both in-person and online.
The Board of Directors and Heads of Departments shared highlights from the first months of 2025 and reviewed key achievements along with plans for the future.
Despite market fluctuations and cost pressures, Davipharm continues to invest in R&D and factory upgrades to improve production capacity and quality, and to expand access to international markets.
Major scientific conferences were sponsored by the company, reaching thousands of HCPs in musculoskeletal, psychiatric, and geriatric care. The launch of Eimler-10 for type 2 diabetes with cardio-renal benefits marked another key milestone. According to IQVIA Q4/2024, Davipharm ranks 7th in the local prescription drug market.
Looking ahead, Davipharm will continue its sponsorships of hospital seminars, pharmacy symposiums, participation in international pharmaceutical exhibitions, and the digitalization of health education.
We’re deeply committed to people development, with internal and external training, online learning for hundreds of employees, and leadership trips to Poland. Sports events, Adamed Value Day, and social charity activities help bring our teams together.
On the CSR front, free NCD screenings in the 5th edition of Cham Soc Suc Khoe Viet program have reached thousands of disadvantaged elderly in Vinh Long and will expand to HCMC in Q3. We aim to screen 5,000 people and train 300 HCPs, providing preventive health knowledge to over 1 million people across Vietnam in 2025.
Meanwhile, the Adamed SmartUP program has completed its 6th edition, with 3 winners heading to Poland for summer camp, and is gearing up for the 7th edition. Davipharm also supports pharmacy students through university events, career talks, internships, and factory tours.
