On August 18th, the 9th Kaizen Commission Mid-Year 2025 took place at Davipharm factory.

This year, we received 19 improvement ideas from teams across Supply Chain, QA-QC, Regulatory Affairs, Production & Packaging – focusing on 5S practices, productivity and quality with a total saving of over 1 billion VND.

Since 2020, our Kaizen program has been driving a culture of learning and creativity, helping us increase efficiency, cut costs, eliminate waste, as well as create a safer and friendlier workplace.

To date, Davipharm has implemented 79 improvement ideas, saving the factory over 5 billion VND.
