In early March, Davipharm brought our leaders together for the Total Performance – Refresher Training at both factory and office, guided by Ewa Kubica our HR Director.
Managers revisited the full Total Performance Cycle, strengthened their understanding of Management by Objective, and explored practical ways to lead more impactful competency assessment.
Through interactive discussions, participants enhanced their ability to craft high-quality Individual Development Plans (IDPs) that truly support growth and potential.
