Job description:

• Contact departments to gather Capex projects for 5 years strategy
• Control Capex budgeting and realization and monthly reporting.
• Report Capex spending in term of few perspective: contract, cashflow, balance sheet
• Forecast timeline payment for Capex
• Check payment terms of project-related contracts as well as ensure contract value is within budget.
• Control master data of SKUs, Molecules, ATC,…
• Check and report R&D time sheet by project and evaluate the effectiveness of labor use.
• Coordinate to make some changes to the accounting system
• Formulation of Ad-hoc analyses.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, foreign trade or equivalent
• At least 2 years of practical experience in Finance, Foreign Trade
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Fluent in English
• Very good analytical skills (especially Excel, Power BI)
• Organized and structured way of working
• Team player and flexible personality.
