
HR Admin Specialist
Job description
- In charge of purchasing common assets, equipment or supplies in the business. Storing invoices, vouchers, contracts related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company.
- Provide logistics to prepare for company events.
- Quarterly organize Townhall meeting
- Follow-up, update company structure as required and guided by HRM
- Follow up, implement the document for expats such as: work permit, temporary residence card, house rental contract, immigration procedures, flight ticket booking
- Implementing the recruitment SOP
- Manage internal training document provided by departments in Davipharm
- Support external training: contact training institutions to register for courses, fulfil payment process, receive certificate, and distribute to employees
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or relevant
- At least 1 year experiences in the same position
- Good calculation ability
- Basic knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, environmental law, commercial law
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Basic management skills
- Good command in English.
