
HR Admin Specialist
Job description
- Providing administrative and logistics support for company events and business trips
- Handling expatriate-related documentation, including:
- Work permits
- Temporary residence cards
- Housing rental contracts
- Immigration procedures
- Flight ticket bookings
- Receiving, processing, and managing internal documents and official correspondence from government authorities
- Processing administrative and expatriate-related payments through the FAST system
- Coordinating with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely task completion
Job requirement
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role
- Basic understanding of Vietnamese labor law, immigration regulations, and residence procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Candidates currently residing in Binh Duong are preferred.
