HR Admin Specialist

Job description

  • Providing administrative and logistics support for company events and business trips
  • Handling expatriate-related documentation, including:
    • Work permits
    • Temporary residence cards
    • Housing rental contracts
    • Immigration procedures
    • Flight ticket bookings
  • Receiving, processing, and managing internal documents and official correspondence from government authorities
  • Processing administrative and expatriate-related payments through the FAST system
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely task completion

Job requirement

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of Vietnamese labor law, immigration regulations, and residence procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Candidates currently residing in Binh Duong are preferred.
