HR Admin Specialist

Job description

  • In charge of purchasing common assets, equipment or supplies in the business. Storing invoices, vouchers, contracts related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company.
  • Provide logistics to prepare for company events.
  • Quarterly organize Townhall meeting
  • Follow-up, update company structure as required and guided by HRM
  • Follow up, implement the document for expats such as: work permit, temporary residence card, house rental contract, immigration procedures, flight ticket booking
  • Implementing the recruitment SOP
  • Manage internal training document provided by departments in Davipharm
  • Support external training: contact training institutions to register for courses, fulfil payment process, receive certificate, and distribute to employees
  • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or relevant
  • At least 1 year experiences in the same position
  • Good calculation ability
  • Basic knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, environmental law, commercial law
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Basic management skills
  • Good command in English.
