Job description

• Update the status of materials for production planning and material requirements planning.
• Purchases request on the CPS system.
• Update and follow the operational processes between purchasing department and manufacturing factory.
• Open deviation.
• Implementation on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Statistics and performance report (Material and packaging supply plan, on time in full for production plan).
• Update and follow the progress of releasing materials and packaging.
• Manage slow-moving raw materials and packaging, and develop optimized usage and procurement plans to minimize obsolescence due to expiry (artwork and supplier changes).

Job requirement

• University¸ College pharmaceutical or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience in production area (pharmaceutical field is preferable).
• Ability to approach and grasp information related to pharmaceuticals.
• Meticulous, careful, high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure high and intensive deadlines.
• MS Office 365: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Good command of English.
