Early this May, Davipharm held the first webinar in our series exploring the values that make us a best place to work, starting with the topic “Feel Secure, Feel at Home”.

More than 300 employees joined the session, along with sharing from our General Director – Mr. Michal Wieczorek, and Ms. Nguyen The My Han – QC Manager representing employee voices.

Ms. Han shared from her 20 years of experience at Davipharm that a welcoming environment comes from respecting each other, taking safety seriously, and working together toward shared goals.

Mr. Michal also reaffirmed Davipharm’s promise to employees: providing stable employment with safety, strong compliance standards, and a culture of fairness where people can grow with confidence.
