GOAL OF THE FORMULA: We offer a prestigious international educational program that ensures individual attention and more impactful learning, with a customized Exclusive 6-month Mentoring Program. It includes English classes focusing on public-speaking and debating skills, as well as scientific vocabulary, together with a series of science webinars led by international experts to equip students with the knowledge and skills as they prepare to enter university.

1. Recruitment Process (September – October)

Entrance test (open to all interested students from the school):

• An English test combining grammar and basic knowledge of life sciences, in a multiple-choice format.
• Two open-ended questions requiring written answers.

Outcome: Up to 25 students will be selected for the 6-month Mentoring Program

2. 6-Month Mentoring Program (November – April):

English Language Classes

• Once a week (Weekday afternoon)
• 2 groups
• Focus: scientific vocabulary + developing fluency and confidence in communication

Thematic Webinars with Experts (Adamed Foundation / Adamed Pharma)

• Once a month:
  • 1-2h live session
  • pre-recorded follow-up webinar to be watched independently
• Homework assignments related to the topic (based on the live session and/or pre-recorded webinar)
• 6 topics – approx. 6 experts – cross-disciplinary knowledge
• Goal: To provide students with internationally oriented, applied scientific knowledge.

Final Evaluation (May):

• Evaluation based on:
  • Reflective form, homework engagement, and attendance
  • Feedback from language teachers (mid-term + year-end assessment) and Adamed Foundation jury
• Prizes:
  • All participants who complete the 6-month Monitoring Program will receive:
    • Valuable prizes
    • Official certificates and congratulatory letters
  • 1 outstanding student will also receive an extra Grand Prize.

1. My strengths are in natural sciences, but my English is not very strong yet. Can I still join the program?
Yes. The selection process is designed to be fair and transparent. Students with strong scientific potential will have equal opportunities, even if their English skills are still developing.

2. Why is the final selection limited to around 25 students?
The Mentoring Program is carefully structured to ensure:

• High-quality, interactive learning in small groups
• Personalized mentoring and individual feedback for each student

This format maximizes the value of the program for participants.

3. What are this year’s prizes?
All students who complete the 6-month Mentoring Programme will have the opportunity to choose from a selection of valuable gifts, such as AirPods, Apple Watch, Samsung smartphone, etc.

In addition, 1 outstanding student who demonstrates exceptional performance throughout the programme will receive a Special Award: a laptop, to further support and encourage his/ her learning journey.
