On October 7, another cohort completed the First Time Manager (FTM) program in 2026 at Davipharm’s factory, facilitated by Ms. Ewa Kubica – HR Director.

As one of Adamed Group’s key leadership development initiatives, FTM helps newly appointed managers strengthen their management capabilities and navigate their roles with greater confidence.

With three cohorts delivered in 2026, around 50 managers have taken part in the program this year.
