During the session, Mr. Arunkumar Muthumalai – R&D Director, and Mr. Nguyen Van Thien – Retail Channel Lead representing Sales & Marketing team) shared inspiring perspectives from their own functions.

Mr. Thien demonstrated how bold decisions and continuous improvements can strengthen business performance and team collaboration. Meanwhile, Mr. Arun highlighted that in R&D, real impact comes from tackling complex scientific challenges while never compromising on quality, compliance, or patient safety.
