In mid-July, one cohort joined the First Time Manager (FTM) program at Davipharm factory, facilitated by Ewa Kubica – HR Director.

As one of Adamed Group’s core leadership development programs, FTM equips new managers with the essential skills to lead their teams with confidence and impact.

Two more cohorts will follow, bringing the total number of participants in 2026 to around 50 managers.
