On November 5–6, Davipharm held a Vietnamese-language session of the First Time Manager (FTM) 2026 program at its factory, facilitated by Ms. Thai Thi Thanh Tam, Recruitment & Training Senior Specialist.

As a key Adamed Group leadership development initiative, FTM helps newly appointed managers build essential management skills and grow in their roles. With three cohorts delivered this year, around 50 managers have joined the program.
