Strength That Opens the Doors – Webinar #4 in the Employer Value Series “Discover Davipharm as a Best Place to Work” was held on August 5, with 270 employees joining inspiring career stories and meaningful insights from our leaders and employees.

“Strength That Opens the Doors” means that Davipharm creates opportunities for growth, while each employee unlocks their potential through curiosity and continuous learning, as stated Mr. Szymon Turyński – Financial Director.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ven – Financial Manager shared how stepping outside her comfort zone helped her grow from working with numbers to becoming a true business partner across different functions.

Returning to Davipharm opened opportunities to grow into a leadership role, develop new skills, and thrive in a supportive environment, shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Khanh – Quality Assurance Manager.

Ms. Ewa Kubica – HR Director emphasized that everyone has unique potential, and Davipharm & Adamed support different career paths for those who embrace new challenges and take initiative.
